 today get one order for an over 30m long dock ramp (steel structure), its height reach to 3.8m. loading capacity 10tons and one forklift with cargos can drive onto it. I like to receive such customized order. And create concept drawing for it.

Home lift oil pump solenoid valves

Normally on the home lift oil pump we have three solenoid valves to control the platform get down: fast valve, slow valve and close valve. Fast valve and slow valve will let the platform get down to floors very smoothly, speed will slowly become zero. Close valve is to ensure the oil will not drain back to oil tank when cabin stay at certain floor, so cabin will stay at certain floor for long time and without changing the position. 

To adjust getting down speed, you can adjust slow valve and fast valve by turn the handles next them. But we already adjust them before shipping. So better not adjust it anymore.

cargo lift with enclosure finally installed

 finally this cargo lift is installed by my customer. Because this lift is used outdoors, so I make enclosure for him to cover the lift body. I use aluminum board and 4mm thickness so the cover will be more strong from outlook. And such lift have 3 landing doors: only when cabin at certain floor then the landing door at this floor can be opened. also if any door is open the lift will not rise or get down.

Test home lift before you connect wires

 After you assemble my home lift, you can firstly test the lift by click buttons in control box. You can test the motor firstly without connect wires to calling buttons and limit switches.

You click both com and up buttons, the platform will rise up. And you click both com and down buttons, the platform will get down.

You may find the rising or getting down speed is slow, it is normal situation. because to test lift, the speed cannot be so fast.

 normally for double sets of columns guide rail lift, its doors cannot be 90 degree. That mean if you enter the lift from one direction, but you cannot turn 90 degree and exit from the platform. Now, according to my customer special requirement, I design the lift that can realize such function. I make two doors on this lift and they are 90 degree direction.

For home lifts, how the aluminum alloy enclosure connected.

because we will ship the enclosure without installation, so these videos are necessary for buyers to know in advance.

The L shape connector is used to fix on walls.

 Some times we use silent oil pump for our customers. Silent oil pump has below advantages:

not issue noisy, the sound it issues even lower we normally speaking.

if you choose silent pump, the inverter is needed inside control box. good thing is that inverter make lift running very smooth, it can accelerate speed slowly also it can let speed get down slowly. This will be good for lift structure.

because motor is inside oil tank, and not expose outside so the motor will be not easy to damage.

but there are also some disadvantages:

cost is higher than normal oil pump.

it is better put outside of the lift body for easy access to maintenance.

max. can be 5.5kw. if over 5.5kw the motor will be not stable enough.

sometimes during transportation some air blocked inside, and when you first start it, it may not pump oil.

 we packed this home lift by boxes to make sure all small items are in good condition during shipment. also we pack the glasses by wooden box. Now the wooden boxes of this lift is ready for shipment.

small items are in different boxes, we separate electrical parts from iron parts. by this way the iron parts will not damage electrical parts during transportation.

each wooden box will be weighted.

my customer contacted me that he test the lift, however calling buttons and remote controllers cannot be used. in fact our lift has some safety devices. if you not connect these safety devices the lift will not worrk. I told him to bridge some terminals in control box to bypass the safety devices, then everything ok now. 

lifting height 10m, capacity 5tons, platform 6*2.3m, this scissor lift shipped last year, and now it is for installation, even one year passed, we will give fully support for customer's installation.

Today my customer connection wires for scissor lift, however he met such problem: he click the button 2 or button 3 to let platform rise up, but the platform cannot rise. he click the remote control and PLC can receive the signals. Finally we find the reason：the platform should touch one limit (limit switch for 1st floor postion). Then PLC will know the platform position, then button 2, or 3 can be workable.
